UltraTrimmer Trichome Manifesto
Ultra trimmer is the only company that will take the product after being trimmed by our machine and put it under a microscope to show the trichome preservation. We have done this from its very conception at all shows from as early as 2013 and we have it in our videos. We trim the bud live – in front of people – and then pull a random bud off of the machine. We have spent millions in advertising over the years at shows and advertisement in all cannabis magazines. We used to show up third on the first page of Google! Even after paying tens of thousands of dollars, most of our sales are word of mouth or they have a friend who has the machine and they’ve seen what it can do with its trichome preservation. So when you Google pot trimmer, weed trimmer, marijuana trimmer or cannabis trimmer all of those that come up first are paying to come up first. Trichomes are everything:
Let’s talk about trichomes. We have talked to people that have the tumblers or, as I call them, trichome destroyers.
Claim: The trichomes are inside the bud.
There is some THC value inside, but the main reason a trichome is formed is to protect the plant from the UV rays. Light doesn’t reach the center of the bud or flower. The trichomes on the outside of the bud or flower are the most important for your extracts and your CBDs, CBGs and THC content. This aside from the fact that all tumblers and wet fan beaters rupture the heads of the trichomes. These types of trimmers are so damaging that whatever they do get out of the vacuums and cylinder is unusable It comes out all black.
The extract guys say trim from the UltraTrimmer is “just like scissor trim” – golden. UlraTrimmer trim is a solid 12% while scissor trim averages 11% to 13%.
I call all other machines on the market out. Trichome removers – that’s exactly what they are, and the growers who use them. They don’t care, they just want to push it out there. There is no quality control whatsoever with the product going to the market. So you have to decide. Do you want your bud to have trichomes on it when it goes to market? Or do you want your buds to have no trichomes and any extract you make comes out black?
Of course we know that our machine is a little more labor intensive than just throwing it in a tumbler, setting a timer and walking away. If you want quality you need to spend a little time, a little care for your quality.
